PARENTS ARE ROLE MODELS  and set the agenda for the rest of the child's life  ,But if children are treat so very differently in attitude's towards appearance because of gender then Sexism shall prevail.        

1) Any young male found to having to have  his hair cut because of gender ?

a) The parent /Guardian should face sexism charge , Be fined and made have the same hair cut themselves.

A) All employees and education establishment   should be allowed the same considerations over hair length and the style to which they wear their hair. 

1) Any PARENT/GUARDIAN/employer/educational guardian found  FOUND driver  U16  in dangerous manner ?

1) Any driver found answering a handheld call or text in such a manner  with UNDER 16 in vehicle?

a) The driver as a obvious lack of self awareness for their own safety and that of others. They should be banned full stop (Plus a Under 16 in vehicle £5000 fine) , A fine and the vehicle become property of the  state. Between 5-9 mph over 3 points £50 (Plus a Under 16 in vehicle £50 fine) Between 10-15 mph over 3 points £100 (Plus a Under 16 in vehicle £100  fine) fined  ,16-20 mph over 6  points £500 (Plus a Under 16 in vehicle £500 fine) fined ,21-25 mph over 9  points ,£1000(Plus a Under 16 in vehicle £1000 fine) fined ,21-25 mph over 9  points £5000 fined Plus a Under 16 in vehicle £5000 fine) .

 Tailgating = double the fine for that area. 

1) Any  person  found  smoking ,drinking or taking drugs in charge of under 16  ?

1) Any  driver found driving  with animals , children  or adults ( including themselves) not safely harnessed in their vehicle ?

a) The driver as a obvious lack of self awareness for their own safety and that of others. They should be banned full stop + fine relating to amount in system .

1) Any  person  found  smoking ,drinking or taking drugs while pregnant or person smoking ,drinking or taking drugs near a pregnant person  ?

a) They have a obvious lack of self awareness for their own health & safety and that of others = £5000  fine . ( The pregnant person taken into a mental health trust until child is born and adopted , Then The pregnant person sterilised )
