It
should not be a crime to buy , sell or take a drug that is currently
classed either A, B or C. It is an infringement
of a persons civil rights.
Drugs should be subjected to similar tax and quality regulations as faced by the Alcohol and Tobacco industries. There should be zero tolerance of people taking any DRINK &/or DRUGS &/or NICOTINE prior too ,or while driving a vehicle or operating machinery ,or in control of under 16 years olds. Like people who commit crimes using cars ,The Cars involved or in general or other car drivers are not to blame for the actions of crimes. Cars are not banned because of the actions of a few or indeed cars and/or booze and/or mobilephones banned because foolish people choose to mix them . Thus all people who take drugs do not commit other associated crimes. And should not therefore be branded in the same way.
